My husband and I are highly satisfied with the work completed today on our 20 year old tile roof. I knew mice were getting in from somewhere and into my attic. DJ was able to locate where they were getting in from (no other contractor was able to) and immediately went to work in patching the area. He made us aware of other hidden issues from the poor quality of craftsmanship when building the house that would cause leaks in the future. DJ and Jesse worked non-stop on the roof and completed each task with the highest quality and skill always keeping us informed. They took pictures of work completed in areas that were hidden from our view to ensure that the quality of work was acceptable. DW Roofing went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Both gentlemen took great care in cleaning up the work area after completion. The final price in repairs came in below the estimate ...when is the last time you had that happen ??!! I've been in the construction industry for over 20 years, and have dealt with hundreds of trade partners and subcontractors. My ailing grandmothers house was in need of a re-roof so I called several companies for quotes and proposals. I then selected DW based on not just their price, but their professionalism, products they offered, schedule of service. After selecting DW, but prior to signing the contract my grandmother passed, during our grieving process I asked DW to give me some time because I now needed to get the estate in order and figure out what we were going to do with the house. Roughly one year later I reached back out to DW to let him now I'd like to proceed with the re-roof. They quickly got me back in to their schedule and honored the original quote even though sometime had passed. The roof turned out fantastic Django and his team were very kind and extremely professional. They got the work done in a timely manner and within our budget with no surprise costs.
